Nine Hotel Reviews

Old, run down and infested with cockroaches. We had to turn the bedding around to be away from the fabric headboard as it crawling with cockroaches. I woke up with one next to me. The hotel is not maintained - old bathrooms and carpet, dirty, full of hairs from previous guests, I kept seeing a rat in the hallway. Some staff are very nice - they provided cockroach spray when we complained and an alternative to breakfast another time we complained as we paid for buffet breakfast and it was cancelled when there was a leak… but I tried to explain that I don’t eat sausage and wanted toast the lady for room service put the phone down on me twice when I was trying to order breakfast to the room. Take it or leave it scenario. It seems the nightclubs take precedent. If you are merely a hotel guest they don’t care. Awful. Location is quite loud & sleezy at night, plus it’s quite far from nearest metro, at least 15 minute walk. I don’t recommend at all.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Good location with a parking service. There was a water licking in the washroom, was not repaired after complains. Its not recommend for peace loving people as there are many nightclubs which are open till 4 am, so you wont be able to get sound sleep because of the music. But I enjoyed it as a background music to sleep 😂 overall experience was good, i ordered a delicious food in the room. It was yummi and affordable price.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are nice the only advice is to take the room far from the club to avoid night noises.

The price of Hotel nine is very reasonable and the reception is very kind and lovely and the hotel is clean and close to the subway and bus station. I strongly recommend others book this hotel

It’s a very nice place and it’s tidy and the hotel staff is friendly also they’re us to check in earlier than the normal time as we requested and I highly recommend it to all my friends.

Location is only good near souq nayif But staff don’t know how to serve clients, not clean so many cockroaches inside room and staff not help

Very bad experience, i dont recommend it as the rooms have a high humidity

The hotel is on top of three night clubs in the ground are the noise unbelievable

There was so loud voice the whole night and there is a club so if your intention is to sleep well don’t recommend this place at all

For looking affordables room rates..im recommend this
