1. front desk need to explain more of tax fee and deposit instead of just making you sign the contract. (which is not included in the total fee of the trip.com) 2. better not to tend to sell another room upon arrival, which makes feeling not good at all, and even with huge gap in between, like extra 250usd for 2 nights. 3. If trip.com mentioned the room can see the view of burj khalifa, then just be honest for the info shown in the trips.com, on the other hand, if 1 bedroom can only see like side of burj khalifa, then just mark on the room info, don't put the wrong picture which misled tourist thanks.

Very poor experience. For an eight-day itinerary in Dubai, the first two hotels are Ramada and Marriott, both of which are good. The last great hotel we stayed at. The locks on the balcony of the room were all broken, and there was construction outside, which was noisy and unsafe. Changing rooms also had a broken lock. The locks in the three rooms of my companions were all broken. The bedroom also smelled like feet. The advantage is that the room is big enough for cooking, like an apartment. But the overall experience is too bad and does not match the price. It was not pleasant to communicate with the front desk. They reported that there were mosquitoes in the room but they did not deal with it.

The house keeping team and electrical department are fantastic , diligent and very prompt in responding to any issues. Their manager annd supervisor always check on us everyday to make sure everything is done well and that we are enjoying our stay. The cleaners name I could remember are Bikash, kamal and Rabin but everyone of them are dedicated to their work and does a thorough cleaning and provide a good service. Having travelled multiple times to different countries and stayed in 4-5 star hotels or accommodations the care received at this hotel is completely exceptional. I wish others can emulate them. The aparthotel is an a residential building. The check in was smooth and efficient with Rahma at the check-in desk. The apartment is a bit dated but the views are unbelievable. We were on the 46th floor and could see the entire Burj Khalifa area including the fountain shows. The staff are really helpful and go out of their way to assist. From Mohsin and Kashif at the front desk to the cleaning staff Maya and Milan it was absolutely great service. The only reason I rated the facility a 4 put of 5 is because the apartment is dated and could ise a refresh. Overall great experience and hospitality.

This was our second stay at the Damac Maison Distinction. We were there for 2 nights as part of a larger trip for our wedding anniversary. Although we arrived early, the team checked us in very quickly and our room was available almost immediately. Great apartment, everything you could ask for and a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa Thank you to all the staff for the little extras they did for our anniversary, it made it so memorable. Everyone was so polite and friendly; we will definitely visit again. Thank you
