The apartment is very tired and needs some renovation and cleaning. The only positive is the location, but it was very noisy in the room at night. We stayed on the 7th floor in room 707, with windows facing the main road. We had restless sleep both nights. The microwave doesn't work, but there's an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is in poor condition; there's only a rain shower and a faucet, which is very inconvenient: you wash your feet, and the rain shower drips onto your head because it's broken.

Great hotel in Deira. The service has improved; before, they used to ask for various extra charges, but now the price is exactly as stated on the website, no unnecessary questions, and quick check-in. The room has a kettle, glasses, and some dishes. Good value for money.

🎉 This hotel was really easy to find, you could see it right from the metro station exit! ✅ The location is super convenient, right at the Financial Centre Metro Station entrance. 😎 There's a handy supermarket downstairs with a great selection of products. 😄 And the Burj Khalifa is right outside the window – the night view is absolutely stunning! 😘😘😘
