The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was great. The transportation nearby is convenient. The only thing is that toiletries like toothbrushes and slippers aren't automatically refilled; you have to call the front desk to have someone bring them up. Overall, it's still a very good stay.

Very new, spacious rooms, and friendly service. Breakfast until 11 AM is great, and there's a good variety. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside. There's a direct, seamless connection to Dubai Mall. Being a new hotel, the facilities are also excellent, with refreshing air conditioning perfect for a desert city. The service is very attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. If you booked through Trip.com, there are separate meal options available that you can order without extra charge. The swimming pool and gym are fully equipped. I highly recommend staying here! The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, but it's not a major issue since it's just a bed for sleeping, and more importantly, it directly faces the Burj Khalifa! Also, there's a 15 AED tourist tax per room.
