We enjoyed our stay and mostly everything was great. I have only put four out of five for cleanliness as the carpet needs cleaning. Otherwise everything else was clean and perfect. Also four out of five for Service. If I ran the motel, I would not have staff in the reception talking about other staff members while customers are trying to check in. Staff who are not greeting the guests should remain silent unless asked for help. It was difficult for us to hear the receptionist and for her to hear us due to the excessive chatter of the other staff members in reception. Otherwise everything else in the service was okay.

The hotel room its self was not bad but the customer service is shocking. There was a large group staying in the room beside me and they were rather loud. I left it till just after 11pm before calling reception and when I did was met by a rude lady telling me she infact would not do anything at all.
I made this review on google and they ran me down unprofessionally saying no one was in the room beside me- I met them the next morning as I was packing up my car! Red the reviews on this hotel and avoid at all cost.

First of all was supposed to pay on arrival but hotel took payment before I arrived then blamed ******* and upon calling ******* they blamed the hotel and both stated “oh well nothing I can do” when all I wanted to do was pay with a different card on arrival as stated on my booking. This has never happened to me before with my ******* bookings and with either party not willing to help was very disappointing - both have lost a customer, air con didn’t work and it was 32 degrees granted they looked at if for me and it worked the 2nd night. Door didn’t work properly so everytime I went out it would take a ridiculous amount of time to get back onto my room. I will not stay here again.

Centrally located accomodation in Dubbo within short drives to Zoo and Gaol. Close to several food outlets. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Reception staff were friendly and very willing to assist with any concerns.

Food was great in restaurant, however my room was extremely disappointing. Filthy carpets, ants in bed and kettle & iron not working. Slept in spare single bed as looked like the ants had no interest in that bed.. I advised and showed a cleaner the ants and nothing was done.. When the maintenance man offered me a replacement kettle from a filthy shed, it appeared cockroaches had previously entertained themselves in it, hence it was drive to 7 Eleven for coffee until a descent and clean jug could be located .. Omg, could not wait to leave this place and had to spend 3 nights here. Never again..

Run down outdated queen room with no hot water night & morning of stay. Hard old mattress with disgusting stained mattress protector. Curtains hanging down off the rail, stained old carpet, old TV. Paid top discounted $. No sight of management or office opened. Never stay at this motel again!!

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. But be careful if using a booking site especially *******. I had to ring them as I paid for a room for the night and on arrival the door of the motel said the office was closed at 4pm. We arrived just after 6pm. There were numerous phone calls to America to try and get my money refunded In the end I rang the after hours hotel number, to be told ah well you will have to sleep in the car. I put in a complaint about my disgust at how the after hours treated me. In the end we got our room and apologies from the manager.
