Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. I booked online and it changed my booking from queen beds to king on my receipt. I called the hotel within the cancellation time frame to cancel. Eva Harding handled my request and said it was cancelled. She assured me when I asked again if there was anything I needed to do in my end. Then I was charged. Not once. Not twice. 4 times. I called and Eva stated she remembered me and would take care of it. She was super apologetic. I was so relieved by her honesty. I had my phone record of cancellation but I was still so relieved to speak with her. Until the manager Phil Patel got involved. She completely changed her story and stated I did not cancel. I was disgusted. She stated I simply changed my room type to queen. Which she told me that night was unavailable. The manager refused to help me and I am out a large amount of money. Where is the room confirmation was for the new room she changed me to? The email sent out? Never got it. Because it never happened. She knows I cancelled. I will NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I am now going through my bank and after that will be taking them to court.

Terrible Experience! Charged me $80 for no reason. They claimed I had a pet manual fee! I've never even owned a pet. Then Called to speak with the manager the next day after I was charged and he/she wasn't available. I attend a coaches convention in Dublin every year, and I'll never stay here again.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Dublin for one night while on the way home from a long trip. We had our two cocker spaniels with us and the hotel was so kind and accommodating. Carolyne Lattimore checked us in and was so very helpful. She is most professional and so very welcoming that we felt right at home. This is what you want in a hotel. After checking in we walked across the street to meet family for dinner and my Mom got confused and went to the hotel instead. Carolyn calmed her down, called me on my cell and we were able to get my Mom redirected to the restaurant. Carolyne is wonderful! I am ever so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. The hotel was nice, bed was comfortable, the room was perfect, breakfast was good the next morning. We will definitely be back when we visit our family in Dublin, GA. Thank you for your hospitality, Hampton Inn Dublin.

We stayed for one night. We were in room 404. The room was super clean. Due to a horrible experience at a condo, I always do a thorough check of the room, beds, box springs, etc. Found the room and beds to be very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Next door the price was $120 cheaper for 2 nights. The hotel was just as nice. We would probably stay next door next time. Then we had a dog barking the whole night. Other than that staff was nice and hotel was clean.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Quite possibly the worst instance of customer service from, of all people, the manager of it. Exercise any option besides this hotel unless you enjoy poor treatment. This poor treatment has cost this hotel at least 20-30 stays from my acquaintances.

A pop up made us think we were making reservations through Hilton. When we needed to change thee reservation with over 2 weeks notice, they would not refund nor cooperate in changes without additional charges. Hilton was unable to help, but the local owner in Dublin Ga went out of his way to make things right. Excellent experience after that.

They charged $250 additional to our credit card and would not explain the charge. We were told that management would call us back. That call has yet to happen. Sad that elderly travelers have to worry about being taken advantage of by hotel management. Credit card charge is being disputed.
