Gardiner House Hostel

It was a little hard to find the hostel because the entrance is easy to walk right past, but it is next to a big church building that is pretty hard to miss. The breakfast had eggs, which is a big win in my book. Rooms were clean and beds are in boxes with a curtain that provides nice privacy. I slept quite well here for a couple of nights.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I will use this place again and again. The outdoor hot tub was perfect after walking the Camino from from Bray to Dublin. I booked it for myself for 30 minutes. Now we just need to teach some of the guests to clean up after themselves.

Amazing hostel with super friendly and helpful staff, especially the girl from Brazil at reception (forgot her name 🙈) bed was comfortable, pillow was so snugly, each bed has a mini fan with mirror, lights, charging ports, curtain for privacy etc. Bathroom inside the room were clean, with free towels and ample showers for use! Breakfast was good, continental style, and included in the stay. Thank you again, would recommend highly and definitely stay again!

An amazing place to stay. Super comfortable. Walking distance to city centre. And nearby parks and bus stops.

The chapel experience was quite nice, but there is only one shared toilet for more than 20 people, the same for man and women. Dim lights make the room quite private, we didn't see anyone, however beds are very close to each other so you can hear people snore and your bed shakes if someone staying in the pod next to you climbs on the bed. Moreover, as it's dark in the room, people obviously make more noise walking and getting ready in the morning. The top pod is much smaller than the bottom one as it needs to fit the chapels ceiling. The toilets were clean but very busy, the free breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly.
