Our stay was excellent, it ticked every aspect we were looking for. Firstly, I have to mention the reception staff, they were so helpful providing us with plug adaptors or even calling another location of the hotel to store our luggage there on our last day, as it was closer to our point of interest. Lovely and proffessional! Great location of the hotel! Right in the center, in a pedestrian area, there's a pub on the opposite corner that serves great fish and chips! Our appartment (306) was exactly what we needed: 2 separate areas for sleeping, kitchen and dining area + bathroom. The kitchen had everything you would need. The Nespresso machine was perfect in the morning! Take notice that the windows do not open, but the AC worked very well (one in each room, controlled individually) Good variety and value for breakfast! The sofa unfolds into 2 separate single beds.. This was definitely a 10/10 stay!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was spacious and I really loved having a kitchen—it made the stay very comfortable. It's also nice that it's located right next to a Tesco, which is super convenient for picking up snacks and essentials. The location isn't the most central for visiting tourist spots, and the surrounding area felt a bit uneasy at times due to the presence of homeless individuals sleeping nearby. That said, I didn't encounter any major safety issues. Staff were moderately helpful. One thing to note: if you message via WhatsApp, you'll likely interact with an AI first before reaching a real person. It works, but it takes a little patience. Considering the price, the value is acceptable—especially if you appreciate space and the ability to cook your own meals.

We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city. The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41. The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes. The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly. The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol. Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours.

This hotel-style apartment can be said to be an unexpected surprise in the journey. It was originally because the Spring Festival wanted to cook in the room before making a decision to stay in the apartment. It is not the most comfortable stay in Ireland. First of all, the apartment is in a good location, about 3-5 minutes walk to the River Liffey, and there are dense bars and restaurants along the banks of the river for a convenient night view of Dublin. Secondly, the location of the apartment is less than ten minutes walk from the Guinness Exhibition Hall. The pavilion charges a small fee (25€/person, free for children, 22€ for students), but the 360-degree gravity bar on the 7th floor has a good view. Thirdly, the apartment is very comfortable. The living room, toilet and bedroom of the one bedroom apartment are designed separately. The sofa bed in the living room is very convenient and can accommodate three people easily. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious, with separate master bedroom and guest bedroom, laundry room separate. The design is very thoughtful. Suitable for families with children. Fourth, the apartment is fully equipped, the quality of household appliances is very good, and all kinds of kitchen supplies are available. For Chinese people traveling in Europe, whether they can cook for themselves is an important factor affecting the quality of travel. In particular, the ability to buy local vegetables, fruits and meats has greatly improved the quality of travel. Fifth, there is a slight noise, mainly heating hot water and pumping system. The water pressure in Ireland is lower than expected. The second floor and the third floor of each household need to be pressurized, and the sound of pressure is very large. In addition, there are many young people traveling in Europe on weekends, and there will be some noise in the middle of the night.

Our stay at Staycity Tivoli was disappointing in several respects. Although the apartment itself was spacious, it felt very cold and uncomfortable. Laundry facilities required an extra charge and were difficult to use, which made things inconvenient. The property also held on to our credit, which was not clearly explained. Breakfast was very poor value – almost €17 per person for food that was far below standard. We ended up cooking for ourselves in the apartment instead. Overall, despite the larger room size, the lack of warmth, poor services, and overpriced breakfast meant the stay did not live up to expectations.

It is estimated that there is no room to upgrade to two bedrooms. It is noisy at night near the main road. The facilities are old and the transportation is convenient. I did n’t fix it for a long time. I gave a mobile electric heater. The water heater is time-controlled and will stop working automatically. It needs to be adjusted manually.
