Best Western DuBois Hotel Conference Center Reviews

I have always had a good experience using the Best Western here on DuBois. It is my Inn of choice when in the area.

Very beautiful renovation. Clean. Quiet. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice linens.

Liked modern clean rooms and great front desk staff. Didn't like limited parking. Looked like lot hadn't been cleaned from snow. Had to park on too quiet isolated side of building

I returned to this hotel now for a second time in 3 weeks. Once headed west and now east. Each visit was clean and modern. Diddnt seem like a remodel or repairs were "covering" anything up, which is common at other hotels. Although the second visit, the room had a very strong smell of some cleaning solution. It was like someone held an aerosol can for a solid minute and closed the door..

Great hotel and the room was nice- perfect for a stop on a road trip. However, it was really strange that they don’t have anyone working the front desk. That was a bit alarming and disconcerting- there was just a kiosk with someone remote… would have been 5 stars if there was someone there physically working the front desk.

It was supposed to be a smoke free facility and the hallway smelled of smoke 😬. The room was ok. there was stuff left in the fridge. The beds have metal bases and flexed and sounded like thunder when you moved in bed.

They put me in a basement room. Very noisy machinery prevented sleep.

Staff was very friendly, easy check in, room was great.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The room was pleasant and clean and in good repair. But the soundproofing is just terrible. We could hear an ordinary conversation in a room across the hall with all doors closed. We could hear the television in the next room loud and clear. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel unless you really don’t mind lots of noise.

I was happy with everything but the room did not cool down at all even though the thermostat was set at 65 AND needs better noise reduction insulation. Heard doors slamming 5:00 am for quite a while.

The room was clean but didn’t smell good. Old hotel with average rooms.

This is a great and clean pet friendly hotel! I always staff here when passing through PA.

Sterile and gloomy. The room had no carpeting and was dark. As for the breakfast, while my expectations are low, this particular buffet was inedible.
