Amazing location. Rooms are big and the restaurant is good with an amazing view.

I have no idea why this hotel is only 3☆ It's an outstanding hotel! I can't fault it. This hotel is fantastic! It's location is great, it's clean and has a beautiful beach. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel. There was so much variety for breakfast that I didn't know where to start. This included hams, cheeses, bread, fruits, meats/ sausages, eggs, yoghurts, coffee machines, etc. All the staff were very helpful (including my lovely cleaner, thank you cleaner, you're a star!). My room was a single room, it was just right for me it had a beautiful woods/slight sea view and the shower was amazing, probably the best shower I've ever had staying in different hotels. My room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is opposite the bus stop, which takes you to Old Town (bus 4) and many different places (€2.50 return or cheaper). There were 2 little shops nearby, but I found Tommy's Hypermarket, which had most things a foreigner needs & it was just down the road (just put in google maps Tommy's hypermarket) it was literally a 10min walk, so easy & simple to find. I am super impressed with this hotel & I would highly recommend it(& I'd easily go back there). I wish people would stop complaining about the hotel not having lifts smh, learn to use your legs, it's not difficult! Although my stay was short (6nights) I loved every minute of it. ☆☆☆☆☆ :)

Overall Rating: 1 Star (Horrible) Our honeymoon stay at this hotel was a complete disaster and ruined our experience. We were shocked to find a room with two separate twin beds and a hideous balcony view of the backyard, which is unacceptable for a couple on their honeymoon. Basic amenities were completely absent: no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no minibar, and not even coffee in the room. This reflects a gross disregard for hospitality standards. Even more shocking was the complete lack of cooperation from the hotel staff. Their response was lukewarm and unserious when we tried to resolve room issues or request supplies. Even after communicating via the Tripadvisor app, they made no attempt to cooperate or offer a solution, despite knowing it was a honeymoon trip. In short, it was a disappointing experience on every level. The lack of basic amenities, the horrific view, and the poor treatment turned our stay into a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially for those looking for a unique experience.

there is a serious sewage smell problem in the bay effecting a wide area depending on the wind. eventhough sea looks great the noise at the beach due to constructions going on at the bay and the sewage tank smell, swimming is not tempting. the situation is not specific to the vis hotel effects many hotels at the bay.

Location is nice, right on the beach. Close to Dubrovnik, bus stop is right across the street, but buses get quite full in summer so we mainly used Uber which was only a few € more. On-site restaurant is not good. Many stairs, no elevator

Excellent service and good to stay
