We had an amazing stay at Pucic Palace! The staff were super helpful and friendly and our room exceeded my expectations. Very thoughtful touches such as nice glassware for water and to make drinks from the minibar (great selection), chopard bathroom amenities, waffle towels, Q-tips and facial pads, nespresso coffee and a working smart TV. Very comfy bed and pillows. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is also well situated in the Old Town.

Excellent with one but.
Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Great porterage service to/from taxis and buses. Excellent breakfast.
Let down only by room replenishment - water, tea bags, toilet rolls not stocked up over a 4 night stay. Given the hotel costs over €500 per night this was poor.

The staff was wonderful and the room was lovely. Was a very busy area but the room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included with the room and had a lot to choose from. The shower set up in the bathtub left a lot to be desired and made showering a challenge.

came to Dubrovnik ( most beautiful and historical city in the world for us now) with my daughter for a 3 night stay - was recommended to stay here - a bit disappointed - got a “ classic room” for over 600 a night and when arrived was taken to 4 th floor - basically no windows in the room - one very small window completely blocked by air conditioning unit - this was a rich merchant palace and i am sure 4 th floor were the servants quarters - furniture is beautiful and very tasteful - staff is amazingly helpful and cordial but they should inform guests of the lack of windows - a bit claustrophobic and does not justify the price

We stayed for just one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Gorgeous rooms, wonderful service, incredible location. They arranged for a beautiful bottle of champagne and a bar of chocolate to be waiting for us to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

Couples 4 night stay
5 star location but not a 5 star hotel. Staff was wonderful. The best part was the transfer help from the gate to the hotel. Location is fantastic. The room was not so nice as the AC barely worked and the bed was not comfortable. When it’s hot outside this is not the place to stay. We have stayed all over Europe in less nice hotels with better AC.
