Green Park Apartments

Highly recommended!! Green apartments is set in a beautiful setting, easy access to public transport and Dragan was so helpful and welcoming. All your needs are met for a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. Quick bus ride to old town or sunset beach, which is stunning 😍 Will definitely be visiting again!

Very enjoyable and welcoming stay. I got transport from the airport as my flight got in later and one of the hosts ended up being my driver. This was very convenient and he was incredibly helpful and offered lots of great advice and recommendations for my first time in Dubrovnik. He also helped me book a tour of the Elafiti Islands on very short notice which I appreciated (and recommend). The apartment itself was gorgeous and comfortable inside. Plenty spacious for one person and could easily accommodate 2-3. Well furnished and a nice place to come back to at the end of a long day. Its location was about a 20 minute walk from the Old City but there was also a nearby bus stop that you could use to get there. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the area and Dubrovnik as a whole. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

The Perfect Start to a Croatian Holoday! The apartment was absolutely perfect! Dragan was an amazing host, and arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price. When I arrived, the apartment was modern, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room were a welcome respite from the summer heat. The balcony has a great view and is a perfect breakfast spot to start the day. The apartment is well-located near a grocery store, some dining options and a two-minute walk from the bus stop where it’s a ten-minute ride or 30-minute walk to the old city. If I’m ever back in Dubrovnik, Green Park Apartments will be my first choice.

while the property was in a safe neighborhood and we received assistance when we got there with our suitcases, there was no help to be found when we left and taking suitcases up the steep stairs could be a challenge even when you’re able bodied. Overall, the property was clean and the owners responsive, however the Jacuzzi was not appropriate for daily showers and there was no shower stall in the bathroom. In addition, it appears as though when you have a bath in the Jacuzzi it seem to have an ongoing slow leak. I would return to this property if I had a room with a shower and a assistance to take my suitcases up at the end of my stay.
