We originally booked 5 rooms but only needed 4. We tried to cancel one room 60’seconds after booking and it was declined. I addressed it directly with the property. They told me a manager would review it but so far that hasn’t happened. For amenities it’s a little disappointing, no fridge, no water available and they won’t provide coffee before 7 am. Other than that it was clean, new. It’s not close to old town but close enough. Some taxis can not go to old town.

This hotel is in between the old town and ferry/bus station, since it is in the middle, you can go to the beaches and ferries, then through the evening you can go to the old town. There is supermarket, bakery and bus stop nearby so it is easy to travel. The hotel offers a nice room, bathroom and AC. Rituals amenities in the bathroom are really good, nice nespresso coffee machine but no kettle/tea.

I only had a short stay but it served all my needs. While the room was compact, it was also comfortable! The options for breakfast were plentiful and the staff was very pleasant.

located between the main bus station/port and old town (but no far from both, easy flat walk if travel with light luggage). few bus stations at your doorstep and pretty much can access across Dubrovnik, a kiosk is right next to the bus station and discounted ticket can be purchased ($1.75 EUR in booth and $2.5 with bus driver). Restaurant can be found right at the hotel, fairly priced compare to old town, also some other options around. A well-stock supermarket is 1 block away (Tommy), snacks, beer/wine & cheese/cured board can be also brought with very good price !
Very friendly and helpful staffs, the room is well furnished in a very size , apart from sleeping, a decent newly furnishied bathroom and a working desk + balcony. I was struggled to choose stay in here or old town, but turn out i made a right choice. I highly recommend stayed in this hotel to ignore climbing steep stairs in old town , it's more comfortable staying in city fringe and well connected.
