It wasn’t a bad hotel but when I went to check in I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I work at a hotel if you are going to be away from it that long have a way for them to get ahold of you. Also we got kicked out of breakfast area because we were finishing our breakfast and it was after 9 when they stop having it. I believe we could have been allowed to finish. Otherwise not a bad place to stay.

No pool. We have to go to another hotel to use a pool. No restaurant and bar, as it was closed. Breakfast was low in protein. The king size bed and twin beds was a very OK room. The TV was OK. The air conditioning was OK and it was fairly clean. The main concern was the bathroom. See the pictures below.

No one at the desk, called and the mgr came, I asked for a 1st floor room, none available, we're full. Spent five minutes looking, finally found one, all the while saying (over&over) 'never ever book thru a third party...ALWAYS call us for the best prices". (Checking later, lot wasn't half full) Terrible mattress, we kept rolling into the middle of the bed. Al together a very poor experience. Lesson learned!

Manager Kim would not answer simple questions such as what time is breakfast. We were told to read the card the key was in that all info. was on that. We proceeded to our nonsmoking room. When we got there it stunk of smoke. We requested a different room and got one. The furniture (green chair) in the room was dirty and worn, the ceiling in the bathroom was torn and falling apart. Pool was uninviting and floor to pool was discolored/worn. The hotel needs major upgrades.

Heaters in rooms were not turned on until after arrival and it was below freezing outside. Took several hours for room to warm up to a comfortable temperature. Bathroom ceiling was warped and falling down, bathtub/shower not functional.

convieniant location.
Room was dirty. smelled bad. screen was off a window, drafty, bath faucet sprayed water all over. no maid service the whole time there. bar was shut down for remodeling, no remodeling going on. pool had cold water. could not swim at all. Will NOT book again at a Baymont
