I really wanted to love this place. Our suite was large, roomy, and clean. Beds were comfy and soft. Nice shampoo/conditioner/hand soap/lotion. Then the small things became annoying. No extra bedding in the room for sofa bed. It’s a suite! Keep enough bedding in the room for each bed. Had to call guest services (and go down to get it ourselves after a late checkin). In the morning, needed to replace the TP. Looked all over and no extra rolls found in the room. Had to call guest services and wait. Got in the shower and guess what? No shampoo (the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are a-fixed to the wall). Had to call guest services and wait. Again, none of this is a big deal, but a little annoying and inconvenient. Then went down to breakfast an hour before it ended. Things got worse. Only one employee working the kitchen and the poor guy was overwhelmed. They were out of eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffle mix, juice. Even worse? Coffee was out. All four coffee dispensers were empty. So many unhappy hotel guests. The poor worker said that he had made all the food and that just not enough was ordered ahead of time. They need to get the guy some help on the weekends. Plan ahead. They knew how many people were staying in the hotel this weekend. Again, nothing to ruin our stay, but just enough irritation to make us not want to stay here again.
