We were in a suite room 215 & the bed in the pull out sofa was nothing but springs. To the point the guests I brought with me slept on the floor. There was dirty dried up urine on the base of the toilet. Happy with the customer service but very unhappy with the room for the price I paid for it.

Rooms could use some updating and deep cleaning. Lots of stains on the carpet and on the lamp shades. Broken tiles in the bathroom.
The pool was freezing cold and it felt like the air conditioner was blowing inside the pool room. The floor in the pool room was slimy and it made it very slick.

Keep Looking!!!!!! This place is truly a dump. It’s more rundown than any hotel I’ve been in for years. I took one look at my room and hightailed it right outta there. It’s gross. Stains on the carpet. Drawers won’t close in the dresser and nightstand. The chair is probably host to multiple different diseases. The front desk girl was a JOY! She was friendly and helpful but not even she could salvage this Motel 6 or Econolodge experience. Come to think of it, IHG should sell this to a motel chain. It’s beyond salvation.

The desk check in woman was amazing. We have never had someone so exuberant and happy to answer any questions. She has a ready list of nearby places to eat (never experienced this before) and told us to contact her anytime after quiet time at 10:00 about noise and she would be down in a flash to take care of. She had a smile that lit up the lobby.

Unfortunately the bathroom sink only drained VERY slow. There was black mold in the shower. Both were brought to the attention of the front desk in the morning. Someone was to fix them. No one did in our 2 night stay
A staff member helped us get channels on the TV. Reportedly they just changed providers and there were no channel/listing instructions. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options.
Was told at check out no one fixed the concerns as they do that after you check out??? Was told I would receive an e-mail with breakdown of charges. A day later that has not happened.
