Found old popcorn behind the nightstand. Door was hard to secure. Breakfast was over crowded, maybe extend breakfast to 10.

Because my husband is handicapped - wheelchair user -We stayed in the suite with a roll in shower - the bathroom was outdated with minimal accommodations - the bathroom flooded when we showered, the ceiling and walls were water damaged - the sink was outdated with no countertop to put anything. The bed was way too high for him to attempt to use. He slept on the couch and chair as the the pull out was too painful for him to sleep on. No-one came to our room to clean or provide clean towels. |Garbage was left from the previous people who stayed in this room. This place is in desperate need of cleaning and upgrading. The fire alarm kept sounding Saturday night due to an issue with chlorine in the pool area.

We went to the Grand Habor for the pool, hot tub and water park and was not able to use any of these due to the park being closed. It never said that the park was closed on the web site. This was my husband's 60th birthday and we only went to this motel for the water park. We were very disappointed in not being able to use at least the pool and hot tubs that are advertised.
When we got to the room the TV and phone didn't work also. We would like some refund back due to not have a wonderful time that we had hoped for. Thank you Sharon

The resort worked for my visit
Overall a very good facility
It is starting to get a bit long in the tooth…
Room furniture is worn, edges worn and wobbly. Bar chairs similar.
Complimentary breakfast a bit on the lean side. What was offered was good, but lack of items was noted. No fruit, yogurt and even waffle maker was surprising.

Loved the water park and the game room. Lots of room and the life guards were nice to have. Great parking and walking down the sidewalk along the Mississippi was beautiful! Walked to the ****** too! Great place!

Came here for the waterpark, as a treat for kids.. was not told that it would be closed during our whole stay..
