Gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter. Das großzügige, saubere Zimmer und die Anbindung an das Bad/ Sauna (der Saunabereich ist wirklich sehr gut). Leider hat das Essen uns nicht überzeugt, weder beim Frühstück ( das war ok ) aber das Buffet am Abend…
Vielleicht wird es besser, wenn das Restaurant fertig ist…
Aber ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt.

Went there as a couple over Easter to hike. The hotel is great because it has direct access to the sauna. First hike, then sauna and dinner in the hotel in the evening (buffet). We can also recommend the hotel bar. Friendly staff everywhere. Comfortable beds. Parking can be booked for a fee.

You are in very good hands at the Hotel am Vitalpark. The food in the hotel restaurant was of a star standard for us. The quality of the food ranged from light to hearty. Everything was freshly prepared for fish, meat eaters or vegans. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. Bad staff usually leads to a lower rating. We have experienced this before. The staff at the Hotel Vitalpark deserve 5 stars for us. We found our room just as the photos showed. Lovingly and modernly furnished. It is worth a visit. The thermal baths are also recommended. Modern with a tropical feel, there is something for young and old. The massages in the Vitalpark were a dream.

This hotel and facilities was fine for a one night stay, but I can't imagine spending longer there as there wasn't that much to do. Cocktails in the bar were good and the rooms were very good. There is a free bus service into town, but the last return is 20h so no use of you want dinner and drinks.

We were there as a couple, with children and as a group of 60 people, always perfect, always friendly, good value for money. Organizing a gala dinner in the Theodor Storm Hall was very successful. Highly recommended
