Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley Reviews

First night we arrived woke up my daughter because of party music. We called front desk & they told us there was a party. They should have thought not to put 2 adults 1 child we were moved at 11pm at night, so family spilt up as only double bed upstairs.

Really comfortable, staff very friendly. Spa and gym facilities. Breakfast was nice, but had to keep asking to get things topped up. I would definitely stay again

Hotel was loverly and clean loverly staff my two children wanted to stay for longer food was good and swimming pool was clean. Would stay again

Lovely hotel located next to Canal, we just went to get away for a few days. Nice pool, steam room and sauna. Room a bit dated but not a problem. Bed comfortable a great stay. And as a bonus there is a Wetherspoons pub just over the road. Although hotel bar quite reasonable. Breakfast was a huge Buffett and evening meals were great and not too over priced.

I spent a night in this hotel and bed was comfortable and bathroom and room was really cleaned. I will recommend as it met all I need

Dated but great hotel, no grumbles. Stayed here on business, right next to shopping centre.
