Superior Hotel

Avoid at all costs! In the middle of a pandemic, NO hot water! No hand sanitizer or any other COVID methods to be honest. They think that offering day passes for you to use the facilities over the road in another hotel is acceptable for a disabled person. Rooms are disgusting and desperately in need of a refurb. Or just burn it down and rebuild it. It's in an absolute state.

Awful experience checked in alright but when i got to the room there was crisp crushed all over the stained carpet with burns & on the bed too, once i told the person at the desk they took the hoover to clean up,there was mould spreading on the ceiling & dust gathered on the corner shelf, the hanger had some dirty gunge,one wall socket free behind the fridge, the microwave was well away from the socket even if i had put the microwave on the floor next to the fridge the microwave plug would not have reached,the t.v remote did not work when i told the person at the desk i was told to change the batteries myself,when i mentioned about the one socket i was told sarcastically to get a extension, the toilets flush handle was on the last legs & you had to wait 30 minutes for the toilet tank to fill for the next flush, i was told someone will come the following morning to check but no one did,the warm water from the bathroom sink there was hardly any water coming out less pressure,no toilet tissue & no hand wash,children slapping each other with sandals getting loud & sitting on stairs till midnight on there gadget’s, a child crying really loudly in the early hours,the smell of curry on the stairs was sickening,asked for wifi password could not join no sign of which wifi to join. It was a horrible experience,when i came to hand in the keys & say i why i was leaving i got told to leave the complaint online so here i am,i left because of the room being dusty & bed covers were itchy my child has eczema,the eczema flared up & my child got wheezy my child has allergies to dust mites.

Stayed two nights. Room comfortable & offered good nights sleep. Staff pleasant & accommodating. Everything we asked for was greeted with proper customer service. There is no bar or restaurant at hotel but there are shops & Harvester restaurant nearby.

The superior hotel Dudley is far from superior, in fact it is dirty and appalling in its attempt to call itself a hotel. The hotel website depicted a modern well equipped business. On arrival daily parking fees were demanded, contrary to the website. I thought I had walked into a dirty squat. The carpets were badly stained, the shower hardly works, cold water only, as in the wash basin. No wi fi as advertised, no Netflix as advertised, the window surrounds were rotten, once they were opened, with a lot of effort, could not close them again, no iron or ironing board, had to get iron from reception, in such poor condition ruined my shirt. Nothing is as depicted in the website, the place looks derilect, no restaurant, no snacks vending machines broken. overall don't stay here
