Xinyue Hotel

I think choosing this place in Qingcheng Mountain was a great decision. The hotel has a fantastic design with a chic, almost Japanese-inspired vibe, especially the second floor. Parking is very convenient, and the Chinese restaurant for dinner was quite good, with enthusiastic waiters and bellhops. They even offered complimentary glutinous rice balls. The room came with free drinks, and although there were slightly fewer hot spring pools open, overall it was excellent. Breakfast was also very pleasant with a good variety of options, and eating it in the courtyard was lovely. They even gave us a souvenir and coffee. All in all, a good experience. The only minor drawbacks were that the Japanese-style room had somewhat high ceilings, the air conditioning wasn't very strong, and the power switch design wasn't ideal. It was also a bit inconvenient needing a staff member to help with luggage upstairs. Overall, I recommend it.

I took my mother for a weekend trip and chose the Xinyue Hotel, which provided an excellent experience throughout – perfect for a relaxing getaway in Mount Qingcheng. The hotel's location is superb. It's just a few minutes' drive to Mount Qingcheng, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for finding food. We checked out Zhang Ciba and Bieyou Dongtian, both within a few minutes' walk. A stroll back to the hotel after dinner was incredibly pleasant. The high-speed train station shuttle service deserves special praise. The driver contacted us proactively in advance to inform us of the pick-up point. We were chauffeured in a comfortable Buick minivan, and the driver kindly helped with our luggage, making the whole journey effortless. There was a slight wait for check-in, but the lobby has a mini cafe. We ordered two sparkling waters to cool down, which made the wait quite enjoyable and relaxing. The potato chips in the room's mini-bar were absolutely delicious! In the evening, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a special pumpkin *laozao* soup, which was warm and comforting, and my mother loved it. We enjoyed a relaxing hot spring bath in the evening, and the hallway consistently offered warm lemon water – the attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast on the second day was also very tasty; I had the *zajiangmian*, which was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. Our dedicated butler was responsive and patiently answered all our questions. All the staff were friendly, gentle, and provided meticulous service. Upon check-out, we even received buckwheat tea as a parting gift, adding a lovely touch of ceremony. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, making it an excellent choice for a short leisure trip. You won't be disappointed staying here when visiting Mount Qingcheng. I've already recommended it to my friends.

The hotel is easy to find, and the overall environment is tranquil and clean. The rooms are well-lit and odor-free. The staff are gentle and polite, and the toiletries are complete. The soundproofing is excellent, making for a comfortable stay. It's perfect for travel and sightseeing, and definitely worth revisiting.

This hotel in Mount Qingcheng offers a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, even upgrading our room upon arrival. I absolutely loved their decor style. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, and the hot spring baths are clean – a must-try! The kids especially enjoyed the children's playground, making it perfect for families; both adults and children can have a great time. Finally, I highly recommend their grilled fish; it's incredibly aromatic, and all their other dishes are authentic Sichuan cuisine, making them incredibly appetizing!

The room was very clean, close to Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Area, and the service was excellent. They even offered a shuttle to Qingcheng Mountain High-Speed Rail Station.

My mom and I took a day trip here. First off, the environment is lovely – it's a quiet oasis despite being close to everything, with plenty of dining options nearby. Secondly, the hotel staff's service and overall attitude were exceptional, and we even received a welcome gift. The breakfast was delicious too! 🫡 Overall, we were very satisfied.

I had a pleasant stay. **Double hot spring experience:** Very enjoyable. **Facilities:** The room types in the hotel generally have all the necessary amenities, but I found them to be just average. **Hygiene:** Very good. **Environment:** Absolutely nothing to complain about in this regard. **Service:** Excellent. I'm prone to allergies. After soaking in the hot spring for a while, I developed an allergic reaction. I'm not sure if it was an insect bite or something else, but the hotel's handling of the situation was excellent. I took some anti-allergy medication afterward. Regarding breakfast, I think they could add more variety, as I feel that Mount Qingcheng attracts a lot of tourists from out of town.

Environment: We booked a triple room on the ground floor, and both the indoor and outdoor environments were great. The outdoor air was fresh, and the indoor air conditioning was powerful and cool. The hotel has parking spaces. Service: There's a shuttle cart available, but the lobby isn't far from the rooms, so it's also walkable. If you head left from the hotel, there are places to eat, like the famous Zhang Laozhao (Qingcheng Daoxiang). The entire hotel is quiet, making it perfect for a vacation.

Overall, a great experience. There are many play areas for children, both indoors and outdoors. Plus, there's a petting zoo where even dogs can have a blast. The whole place is beautifully landscaped, with a new view at every turn. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options.
