Aside from the hotel needing major renovations, the most appalling experience was from the manager on duty Sunday 9/4. She for no reason was very aggressive toward me and my family and I did not see good energy on how she was treating her team. It seemed she was having a bad day. As a mother, I get it. But when guests come to your hotel looking for a welcoming stay they should not receive such hostile hospitality. Especially for managers, it’s their job to maintain a professional decorum at all times to set an example for their team. Very disappointing experience so far.
