I needed shuttle back to airport and was told it would pick up at 6:15 am and then I was told no the first pick up is at 7am and my flight was at 8:30am so I had to rake an uber...this happened twice at two different locations....you're shuttle should be available at least from 5am as people do have early flights...I choose your hotel because you offered shuttle service and it wasn't so..or at least list the times for shuttle operations.

The hotel was fine but the reason people stay there is for easy access to the airport via the hotel shuttle. However, nobody at the hotel seems to have the correct information about it. In addition, it just leaves whenever they feel they’re ready. There is no call, no signup and no announcement. Amateur hour.

The Hotel was in a very bad shape, and foul smelling rooms. We hardly got to spend few hours before we could take a long hauled flight and were waiting to get out ASAP and wait at the airport rather then in the stinky room.
Also, Booking on trip.com was a wrong step i had taken. I was charged $113 for prebooking the room, and then the hotel staff charged me again saying they did not have any authorization from trip.com. I have filled a claim via my credit card, and waiting for a response.

No toothpaste. I had to go to Hyatt to get some.
No password to enter business computer.
6 am staff is sleeping at front counter against the wall while guests are in the lobby. I have pictures.
Also, room was never cleaned the whole time I was there.

The bathroom needs to be fixed, shawer wasn't working, i complained, he give me another key to move out, and the key didn't work, i end up starting in the room without a shawer, i think the bathroom needs an update

It was shabby and the breakfast eggs were cold. Shower was cold and it never got warm.
