The hotel facilities are very good, there is free airport shuttle service, you need to make an appointment in advance! I will choose this place again next time. The breakfast is not very good. There is a kitchen in the room where you can cook

Basically, the headline. Very friend front desk help, very pleasant to talk to after a long drive. But the only thing I really need to ask for is more plugs (and modern USB-C plugs) for charging devices in the room!

The room was very comfortable and roomy for 2 adults and a teenager. Nice to have a full kitchen. Hotel itself was clean and felt nice. The breakfast was a typical free breakfast - not great, but ok enough for a day or two. We brought food in for dinner one night. The signs in the lobby said you can't eat outside food in the public areas which was frustrating because the table in the room isn't really big enough for 3 people to eat at. Hotel is a littel far from DC sightseeing, but well worth it for the price difference of staying in the city.

Stay was pleasant and nice. House keeping staff cleaned the room nicely. Couple of issues - Hyatt charged us a parking of 10$ for every night we were there and we stayed there for 5 nights so it all added up to 50$ + service charge for online payment. Near by hotels in the airport area don't have any parking fee and we felt we should have booked somewhere else instead of paying here. Since we stayed there for 5 days the breakfast options are exactly the same all the days (with only exception of replacing hashbrowns with fried potatoes on alternate days)
