From its leadership staff to housekeeping, from rooms to the exercise facility - all are very clean, very comfortable, and are very accommodating. They continue to go over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a short vacation, business travel or plan to utilize the extended-stay accommodations. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Gee’s leadership and oversight is felt throughout the hotel and property; as she goes over and beyond to ensure that Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place customers and tenants have exceptional experiences. All service-centric businesses (hotels) have different touch-points (operations, check-in, front-desk, housekeeping, memberships, parking, etc.) throughout their organization. At each touch-point customers can recognize her DNA which is very apparent. Moreover, my family and I love both the character and the charm of this hotel - Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place which does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.
