Loved the location! The property was very clean and felt like it was new. The only thing that could have made it better would be a hot tub.

One night stay with family of four. The room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, even though it seemed to be fully booked. Conveniently located. Good choices for breakfast both hot and cold. I wish breakfast on the weekend started a little bit earlier for those of us who had to be somewhere earlier in the morning. Would stay again.

Situated close to restaurants and near downtown. Super nice room with great view of the harbor. Very clean and quiet.

Best hotel stay I have had in a long time!! Staff was awesome from the front desk, cleaning staff, and energetic guy in the kitchen. Coffee always in the lobby. Super clean. Parking ****** but it didn’t matter that much.

In town to see family. Nice to be able see bars, night life or shoppong while in town so close by. Breakfast in the morning was nice touch in hotel. Staff very friendly.

The remote in the room didn’t work. When I called the Front desk…staff said we could come down and get a new one. We didn’t mind, however other hotels we have stayed at would have offered to bring it to the room. The pool area was clean and well Maintained Rooms were nice and clean Water pressure in the shower was low

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Good parking, quick check-in, friendly staff, and the rooms were very nice! We liked it that there was an area for sitting and an area for sleeping. Each area had a tv which was nice. They allowed our family (we had three groups) to gather in the commons area and open birthday gifts and chat. The hotel is located on Park Point which made it convenient to get to Bentleyville and restaurant and shop areas of Canal Park. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They have platform beds with no box spring. We had a really hard time sleeping. The beds were very uncomfortable. Such a nice place, I would have expected much nicer beds.

Hand towel in bathroom very thin, bath towel ok. Sink stopper kept popping up. Had to yell in entryway to get someone to show up at desk. Needed hotel to provide eye makeup remover wipe since I forgot one, none available. Stayed on second floor, people above on third floor sounded like they were jumping, so loud late at night and early morning.

It was right on the wharf. Great view of Duluth skyline and LAke Superior. It could use an in-house restaurant. The weather was lousy so we really couldn't move around outside much.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were attempting to get on the road early at ~6am and walked down to grab something to eat - we were told that breakfast isn't served until 7am, but they had some fruit and bagels out, which we were going to make ourselves anyway. A bit off putting, so we just left.
