Super friendly and courteous staff. Room was always clean, and staff went out of its way to help with any external issues

I can confirm that all the positive ratings are justified. This is a well managed, well maintained, modern hotel that is offering good value for around 1700 pesos. There are a few shortcomings that may be relevant to some people, but weren't for me:
- There is no fridge
- The beds are unsuitable for tall people as they are only 1,80 meters long
- They don't provide free drinking water
- The family rooms don't have windows

It is walking distance from alot of food places and shopping malls. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely worth the amount spent.

Located in the center of the city, 100 meters away from Silliman University, the lobby is spacious and clean, the rooms are clean, the front desk and bellmen are friendly and helpful, and actively help with luggage and pressing the elevator. 👍
