Extended Stay America Suites - Richmond - W Broad Street - Glenside - North

I stayed a few nights and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice and room was clean . We were looking for somewhere quit and this hotel was great. We also liked the location too, it’s very close to a lot of restaurants

We love ESA Glenside North!! It has become our home away from home. Everyone here treats like family and that’s exactly how it should be. If you want or need help with anything you got it, poof, just like that. Nia and the ESA GLENSIDE NORTH GANG leave no stone unturned and are constantly and consistently working towards a spectacular stay experience for guests as well as successfully striving towards keeping their 5 Star level of service streak going!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏆🏆 🏆

A lot of noise Old place

Our room was super clean, definitely would stay again

The night front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating! I however had the worst experience I have ever had at an hotel feom day one. When I checked in a male front desk agent showed me my room I then accepted conditions and he gave me my keys. I then left to go grocery shopping came back to discover that my room had been occupied by another customer. So I was issued another room. Then for the next 4 days I had to keep getting my card programmed because it would work and I never put it near my phone. And to top it off the gym was completely out of order !

Very clean

They say breakfast is included, but the person checking us in said they have coffee and muffins and that's it (his words). There was really strong smell off the 2nd floor elevator of some kind of fish smell first night and again 2nd night; wasn't there during the day time when we left and returned. We've stayed here in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022. Property is about the same condition, but the welcome wasn't welcoming this time.

Disappointed in check-in. Was informed there would be Veterans Day discount but the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge it. Charged me additional for a service animal.
