Villaggio San Francesco

Unter einem 5-Sterne-Campingplatz verstehe ich was anderes. Wir haben ein Mobilheim gebucht. Dieses war zwischen anderen Mobilheimen eingeklemmt, ein größeres Auto geht, wenn der Nachbar gegenüber auch ein Auto vor das Mobilheim stellt, kommt keiner mehr durch. Es lag sehr schattig, keine Möglichkeit, einen Stuhl an ein sonniges Plätzchen zu stellen. Da wollten wir nicht bleiben, haben dann gegen Aufpreis einen Bungalow gemietet. Auch hier lässt die Ausstattung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Wäscheständer ist kaputt, die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr sparsam, altes Kochgeschirr, es musste an der Pfanne eine Schraube angezogen werden usw. Was mich am meisten stört ist, dass man keine Liege hat sondern nur unbequeme niedrige Stühle. Wir mussten uns erst Hochlehner-Stühle kaufen, damit wir auch entspannt sitzen können. Auf dem ganzen Platz gibt es nur eine Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen. Die Lokale auf dem Platz sind sehr gut. Leider wird hier so gut wie kein Deutsch gesprochen, was an der Rezeption einfach schwierig ist. Unser Eindruck ist, dass so viele Mobilheime wie möglich auf den Platz müssen, egal, wie viel Platz dem Urlauber bleiben. Wir werden auf keinen Fall wiederkommen

Immaculate mobile home with towels and sheets supplied. It was the first time I had found sealed blankets, perhaps also due to the fact that we opened the season! Parking space adjacent to the house. Accessible services. Efficient reception. Luckily we didn't need anything. The only flaw if I really have to find it is the lack of soundproofing...screaming children moment during the silence time 1.00pm/3.00pm or at 11.00pm but then I read that it applies here from 12.00am!!!!! Bring your hairdryer!

Excellent village with all the comforts and many price ranges!!! From the camper area to the apartment area to the bungalow and maxi caravan area!! An infinite number of swimming pools... restaurants and ice cream parlors, not to mention the children's play areas and the many possibilities for those who want to practice sports. Directly on the beach, which never hurts... if I have to find a flaw... it is the distance of 5-6 km from the center of Caorle (for those who possibly love a bit of social life), but the village offers everything and more...

Great mobile home near the beach, very pleasant campsite atmosphere, nice beach bar, friendly staff throughout the campsite, great supermarket and enough sand for my children (1.5 and 5 years old). We will come again!!!!

After waiting for over 2 hours at reception in the blazing heat, we finally got a pitch for the caravan, but it was far too small to put up an awning. We left the next day for Camping Laguna Village, checked in within 5 minutes and got a wonderful, large pitch.

Good accommodation experience and use of the facilities/pools. The restaurant near the reception is less good, poor organization of the staff, with very long waits with almost no customers. I can't imagine what will happen in August... Poor quality of the pizzas. The price of 4 euros for a spritz is absurd, poor, watered down and served in a small plastic glass, without even a chip. The village is beautiful, but there are some things to fix

It was a great holiday. The mobile home was clean and tidy, we didn't lack for anything. The campsite was also really nice. Highly recommended for children with the pool areas. The restaurants were also very good.

We have booked a house/mobile home for this summer 2024. A week ago we received information that the "Mobile Home Superior Beach" would be replaced by new houses. But they wanted €100 MORE per night for this. Unfortunately, the only feedback we have received from the Villaggio is very unfriendly. The whole process is not customer-friendly, which is actually an important goal according to their own guidelines. How can a company plan at such short notice? They should not have rented the houses in the first place. It is not right that the short-term conversion/new construction of the houses is now being carried out at the expense of the customers. Today we received an email saying that the new houses are no longer available to us, but that houses in the lower category are still available. But the Villaggio wants MORE for this than we would have originally paid for the premium category. It is outrageous!!!

Super recommended family holiday, even with small children. Water games, many swimming pools to choose from, many services for all ages. Very large and well-kept village with many activities to choose from.
