We traveled for a NFL game and was super cold/freezing. Hotels heater was not working. receptionist did not have idea if heater worked or not.

I called when i made the reservation and requested a downstairs room and they said they would.When we got there they had us on the 4th floor and couldn't change it.
I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.I went ahead and ended his life! Didn't see anymore...

stay at the hampton that is just adjacent to the hilton. the hilton is old and worn out and tired. stains on the carpet, the bed sheets were uncomfortable, the plumbing was noisy and you could tell that they made an attempt to sort of update the hotel. additionally, the hotel just had a weird feel to it. the staff was friendly and i enjoyed that. the hotel sits right off of the highway so it was somewhat noisy too. in short, the hotel needs a lot of work to bring it up to standards.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, if i were to point out anywhere to stay the night in Duncanville it definitely wouldn't be at the Hilton Garden inn. 1. no free breakfast. 2. companies aren't even aloud to bring their own food for their team meetings because they want everyone to buy there 20-dollar plates. 3. they are money hungry. 4. They make you pay for everything even to use a projector for a team meeting. My whole team stayed here, and nobody liked it, so this review speaks for all 21 of my coworkers. So, if anyone reads this I highly suggest staying away from this place not worth the money.
