Overall is comfortable stay. It is quite new, clean and well equipped with kitchen amenities. Parking is on site. It is about 20mins walk to city centre. Thus, recommend drive and park near city centre if go to Dunedin centre, Dunedin railway station etc.

the location is actually quiet a walking distant to the city and the Asian Supermarket was about 15mins away rather than the other guest review mentioning "nearby". Laundry has to paid for washer and dryer to the owner before usage, else can head towards nearby laundromart for a cheaper price. overall the room and amenities are ok, but the location of the hotel is next on the road side so you may missed the signboard once if you driving!

New, friendly, clean and warm. I had a great sleep and the location was excellent (close to the University) The bed was super comfy reception was friendly. Can't fault this one.

The roses in this hotel are of very good quality and are bigger than fists. The room is also quite spacious, you can cook your own food (cook instant noodles), it is clean and tidy. Parking is also very convenient.

All facilities are exactly as described in the photos, and are very clean and tidy. I was very satisfied and would choose this place again if I were to come back to Dunedin. The city is clean and there is an Asian supermarket nearby, so it is very convenient.
