My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Meranova! Located in the heart of Dunedin, Meranova provided the perfect location for walking about town, shopping, dining and brewery hopping! We stayed in a unit with a small efficiency kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. We went to the beach one day and used the cooler, chairs, beach umbrella and towels, all provided by the inn and much appreciated since we flew in from out town. The pool was small but empty and heated, delightful! Initially, I was concerned that it would be noisy given its central location, but the noise level significantly drops after 10:00, even on Saturday. It was great!

I don't usually write reviews unless there's an exception to the norm. Meranova is that exception. My wife and I spotted this place years ago while walking around Dunedin on vacation. It looked the type of place we love to stay: small, centrally located, well cared for. I then delved further by checking out their website and of course reviews. We then tried to book during high times and couldn't seem to get in. Luckily last year we did and then we returned again this year. J.J. and his team do an outstanding job of managing this stellar guest inn. Every room - and there are only 9 - has its own character with thoughtful amenities for either long or short stays. The housekeeping staff keeps them up impeccably. The same can be said for the surrounding grounds, beautiful gardens, and a small pool tucked away in the interior. It feels like an oasis smack dab in the middle of town. While we rented a car we hardly needed it as everything is walkable with outstanding eateries, craft breweries, and cafes within easy reach. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, clean and centrally located. Great staff. They do the little things well to make your stay amazing. For example they have coffee in the room and when you arrive they have a small bottle of Prosecco and cheese and crackers waiting for you.

Loved our Sea Star "room" which was actually a full size small apartment complete with kitchen, dining area and living room. Great location with easy parking in the lot behind the house. Everything impeccably clean and well-maintained. Ideal for a trip to Dunedin--you'd never have to move your car.

A great place to stay in Dunedin! Close to the bike trail and many restaurants and shops. Also a good view of the bay
