第一次主動點評，酒店服務非常好！大年初一，酒店主動聯繫我要不要接機，我們晚上十二點才到，飛機剛到就收到了酒店接機人員的短訊，到達酒店，主動問我們明日行程安排，併為我們提供建議，第二天一早，豐盛的早餐準時送到房間。房間還準備了歡迎水果，泡腳盆，套袋，一次性毛巾，熱水，泡腳粉等等 酒店離莫高窟非常近，非常方便… 沒有拍照習慣，想起來點評，一張照片沒找到

Location very good for river, museum. 20mins to night market. So, location fine. Modern, pleasant. Rooms fine - clean. We got upgraded to a suite. Some bits and pieces a bit loose and the bedside electrical socket unreliable. However, nothing out of the ordinary! Decent breakfast by Chinese standards. Not a 5* for sure, but very good value. Would recommend.

Nice bathtub and room though a little outdated. The only issue we had is one staff member insisted on us not going to the Crescent Springs nearby because it didn’t open until 9 am even though we knew it opened at 6, and tried to convince us not to go when we asked for help buying tickets. It was very odd, it’s the main attraction there I’m sure she knows the hours. We went at 6 and it was open as always, according to baidu and the staff, enjoyed a beautiful sunrise luckily didn’t listen to front desk.

The room has a humidifier. Refrigerators and safes are particularly complete. At night, the waiter is very considerate to bring the footbath, and you can soak your feet when you return to the room. The hygiene is cleaned in time and is very clean. The heating and hot water in the rooms are very good, and the service staff are polite and patient. These are real advantages. The transportation is convenient, and you can get a taxi when you go out (the lady at the front desk will help you to call a taxi), and there is a free underground parking lot. Friends who drive are not afraid of parking inconvenience. You can eat, drink and have fun near the hotel. I have recommended it to my colleagues, and I will choose Wansheng next time I come to Dunhuang.

Amazing hotel with view on the desert ! Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very well located, next to the crescent moon scenic area, also in front of the outdoor show and 3 mn far from the town center by car. There is a shuttle bus to go to the town center and to the airport. The staff at the front desk welcomed us very warmly, they are really nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious and tasty, it is located on the roof top with view on the desert. I strongly recommend you this hotel.

Great place to stay in the middle of town. Very convenient in between the desert area attraction and the grottos! Rooms are basic and A/C works great! I would stay here again. Excellent customer service and willing to help you with anything.
