酒店地理位置優越！在市政府旁邊，距離莫高窟、鳴沙山10-15分鐘車程，離黨河風景區也很近，夏家合汁、靖遠尕羊肉、楊老五羊肉粉湯步行5-10分鐘均可到達。服務人員態度高，乾淨衞生，唯一不滿意的是基礎設施較差，有幾個燈不亮，淋浴間下水很慢，洗臉池太淺一用水濺得到處都是，一次性牙刷邊刷邊掉毛，裝修也比較老舊，是所住過的維也納酒店中基礎設施最差的
