敦煌機場接機服務:接機服務員非常好，提前主動聯繫，準時接機，還介紹很多遊玩訊息。
服務：酒店前台非常熱情，還主動升級房間
很棒的入住體驗，還會再來。
設施：酒店位置很好，夜市很近。有免費停車場

整體環境有點破舊，房間衞生不是很乾凈，房間內的零食上還有上位客户吃完剩下的零食包裝袋，客服打掃人員不認真，換了好幾個房間都有毛髮，最後客房小姐姐也表示很抱歉

非常滿意！尤其是工號1,8,10這幾位女士服務非常周到，本來免費接機服務需要提前24小時預訂，由於我本人的疏忽，上飛機前才想起來打電話給她們，她們還是盡力協調，在機場接到我們；另外我們到酒店比入住時間早了個把小時，她們也協調好，讓我們提前入住，非常感謝！另外酒店裝修很新，非常乾淨，地點也非常方便，極力推薦！
