算是當地性價比比較高的五鑽酒店，大堂更偏向飯店多一點，服務還算熱情
房間是中式的，個人對這種風格確實不太感冒，但是整體來説還是可以，屋內設施也比較全，也有加濕器，還送了紗巾

體驗很不錯，服務很貼心。尤其是大堂經理小杜，從入住前到入住後，都經常性的關注入住滿意度。房屋整潔，乾淨，還會準備專門的泡腳設備。下次還會再來

住了三晚，比我19年來敦煌時住的陽光沙洲條件要好一些，裝修新一些，住的也比較舒服。最主要的是酒店人員服務態度很好，説明培訓到位。我腳受傷走路困難，保安大哥主動攙扶我上電梯，打掃房間的服務員非常認真，服務員樑永霞還幫我找了枴棍。總的來説住的還是非常滿意的。

房間乾淨整齊，前台路路很負責任，熱心接待我們，幫我們辦理入住！我這是二次住這個酒店了，還給準備暖心的泡腳桶，地理位置也很優越，地下停車場進出酒店很方便！

設施：設施很豪華，歐式風格符合五星級標準。
衞生：酒店乾淨衞生，傳單和枕頭都有洗衣液的香味，點贊。
環境：敦煌僅有的歐式風格酒店，很不錯。
服務：工作人員熱情周到，很有禮貌。
唯一不足是早餐有點簡單，希望多一些品種的食物。
