The hotel room is spacious and the service is attentive. The front desk provided us with information on purchasing tickets for the Mogao Grottoes. Floor supervisor Chen Liaoning and her colleagues also provided us with foot bath basins and water, which was very warm.

這是第二次入住天河大酒店，酒店位置和環境都非常好，這次是帶老母親來敦煌，特別表揚酒店客房部副經理朱錦霞對長者特別細心，每天晩上特意給長者送來熱水和泡腳盆讓長者天天晩上泡一泡腳緩解一下疲勞。

有游泳池，早餐品種豐富，牛肉拉麪好吃。客房部楊秀芬貼心的連續兩日送來洗腳水和浴鹽

服務挺好的，多要了一份牙刷很快送到了，早餐也還行，應該是敦煌比較好的酒店了

房間很大，前台入住體驗很好，提供熱毛巾，保潔人員熱情，尤其前台田新燕熱情周到，更加提升了入住期間的感受。
