酒店客服服務人員特別周到，寶寶夜裡發燒沒有體温計，服務員第一時間送來温度計，特別感謝！！

乾淨衞生，房間寬敞，在網上給我點一個實名制五星好評可以嗎？尤其客房部楊秀芬服務周到，貼心！

房間挺大的，設施齊全，尤其是服務特別細緻：先是前廳部主管郭麗花提前聯繫，安排接機使我們旅程安心；接着是司機路師傅的熱情接待，沿途給我們介紹敦煌地方文化和美食，在接下來的三天時間裏也都是包的路師傅的車遊玩的，很滿意；最後還要説一下管家張紅梅，從我們入住開始就給我們提供一切便利，給足夠的飲用水，提前開好空調、放好泡腳用品，加濕器加滿水，真是無微不至，贊一個。 遺憾是淋浴水有些小，下水略慢

酒店位置好，步行去敦煌博物館不到十分鐘，房間寬敞，設施比較新。為了照顧遊客一大早出遊，早餐6點多開餐，牛肉麪很好吃。入住期間客房部李曉麗主動過來問候，並且貼心的送來泡腳盆。

房間寬敞舒適，床也很舒服，還提供泡腳桶，客房部李曉麗美女、前台王娟娟美女服務到位又貼心

Tianhe Hotel has an independent courtyard, which is conspicuously located next to the avenue leading to Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake Scenic Area, with convenient transportation. The rooms are large, spacious and bright. The hotel meals are delicious. I especially want to praise the hotel's service. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant, or floor service staff, they are all very polite. I give five-star praise to the front office supervisor Guo Lihua, the waiter Zhou Ailing, and the pick-up master Lu, whose names I know, and give a thumbs up! The hotel room is spacious and the service is attentive. The front desk provided us with information on purchasing tickets for the Mogao Grottoes. Floor supervisor Chen Liaoning and her colleagues also provided us with foot bath basins and water, which was very warm.
