酒店硬件一般，服務很好！，所有工作人員對客人很有禮貌，礦泉水可以隨意喝的酒店倒是不多見，此舉措雖然增加了成本，但給遊客留下一個很好的感覺

我平時不喜歡評論都忍不住來評論，酒店真的很好，一進門就幫拿行李，各方面熱情的我們特別不好意思。 酒店衞生很好乾凈免費升級了房型，早餐也很豐富，真的很不錯的酒店。來的第一天住的敦煌國際酒店差不多一千塊一晚上都沒這個好，連續住了三四天。性價比高，又高

我們非常喜歡敦煌中州酒店，酒店衞生舒適度非常好，還有小度可以控制空調，燈，播放音樂等，，地點很便利，周圍就餐多，酒店本身提供的早餐是我們吃過最好的，還送了午飯的驢肉黃麪。 最值得一提的是酒店服務，是我們旅遊以來遇到的最好的服務，真是寶藏酒店，十分滿意推薦。

What is particularly worth praising is that in the early morning of the 14th, when I returned to the hotel, I tentatively asked the front desk staff if I could ask the staff to help me wash my clothes the next day? Unexpectedly, the front office manager Wang (female, wearing glasses) on duty at the time was very enthusiastic and said that the staff in charge of laundry had gone off work. She asked me to leave the clothes and wash them for me when she was not busy. She asked me to come to the front desk the next morning to pick them up.
