For a relatively new hotel there were peeling floor strips in our room and chipped laminate on the night stand. Breakfast was a definite "eh"...we got to breakfast 30 minutes after it opened and food was lukewarm.

Property is nice, staff was friendly. I got there at 2pm and they charged me an additional 30 dollars to get my room because check in was at 3pm. So that was nickel and dime crap but other than that no complaints.
