Baymont by Wyndham Dunn

Hvg stayed here a number of times, this has been on a fast downward ltrajectory over the past 5 yrs. Tv did not work, Manager got one from another room as we already unpacked and didn’t want to move again. Phone did not work. Floor did not appear to be swept. As usual, lobby filled w boxes. When the hotel has so few guests why are u placed right next to the conjoining room? We requested room in back and wr told because we booked thru you we could not be moved!! We wr up til midnight w loud TV and noisy adjoining room guests. The hotel was just abt empty. Breakfast buffet sscant. Juice machine not working due to Fla Natural contract w Wyndham??? Ridiculous!!

Everything was fine.

Filthy, Disgustingly dirty! You can’t spray disinfectant over filth. I guess they can. Do you want sleep? Quite? Do you expect to Feel safe? Run from the Baymont in Dunn, because you won’t find any of those things at this Wyndham.

Very much DISSATIFIED The air conditioner in the first room was set at 60 and everything in the room was wet with condensation. I turned up the heat and tried to wipe everything down. I complained to the person who checked us in and she gave us another room. This room seemed a little better but the TV did not work. We went back to the original room which seemed better with the heat on and the TV worked. As far as cleanliness goes, the towels we used to wipe down the countertops were very dirty. My wife walked from the bed to the bathroom in her stocking feet and her socks were filthy on yhe bottom. The window and curtains were very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The air conditioner front was broken and taped together but was still falling apart.

Run down and noisy Didn't really care about seeing a couple bugs. I understand it's the south. But place is run down and people next door were talking all night. Walls are paper thin. Also the door slams closed on its own. Heard it about 10x and couldn't sleep. Don't know what they were doing all night

AC was not working properly, Door is damaged you can push in the door without a key, room was not that clean, saw some stains on the sheets. The peep hole on the door is also broken. They used tape to cover it. Overall i dont feel safe in the room. I ask to be changed to a different room but said they had to charge more for an upgrade. I do not recommend at all.
