Check in was somewhat fast the diner wasn’t busy so that’s probably why and the woman who helped me check in wasn’t rude or super friendly which is fine. No complaints there. However We had alot of luggage but discovered that there was no elevator so that was inconvenient. The room itself was decent, not super fancy, not super run down. Im not too picky when it comes to hotels Im usually somewhere in the middle when it comes to price so this was a good fit. We stayed two nights and both nights we spotted a couple cockroaches wasn't much I could do about it since I paid in advance and didn't have alot of extra money to go to another hotel. Lastly on the morning of checkout this is where things got really out of hand. We received a letter on our door saying there was a problem with payment which was weird because I paid in advance a few weeks beforehand instead of paying at the property I even have the receipt. My girlfriend went to see what that was about anyway at the diner and the man working there was extremely rude to her, yelling at her being very hostile for no reason and demanding a card to pay even after she showed the receipt. Ultimately He ended up saying “i don’t care if we lose money, I dont have time for this!” & then we left. Seems like they need to get more staff who are professional and probably some help from pest control.
