Premier Inn Dunstable / Luton

No bath or shower water in the room, no maintenance on site to repair the issue, my son had to not shower of bath going to a very important event the evening and we had to re pack and move rooms at 10pm which is very inconvenient

A good stay away for work and on nights. Room are warming up with the hot weather but fans in the room worked well. As we were getting back very late at night we needed entry to the overflow car park. Night receptionist was absolutely spot on, really polite, helpful and welcoming to us all.

We arrived at the Dunstable Premier Inn to find that the disabled room only had an out dated double bed. I return to reception and asked as to why it wasn’t as per the advert that say you get a king, comfy bed, I was told that the young they didn’t know and she would talk to the manager and we would get an answer before we left. We didn’t get an answer. We never saw anybody else at reception even though we pressed the buzzer for attention. On returning home I contacted customer services who didn’t wanna know as far as they were concerned The bed is adequate for a disabled person and Wouldn’t refund on the good nights sleep, even though both of us didn’t have a good nights sleep all I would say to disabled people is be very careful with Premier Inn because they treat you completely different to anybody that’s able-bodied.

Premier Inn Dunstable/Luton staff were very helpful. They helped me to secure booking and found them all were very courteous throughout my stay. Rooms were very clean and tidy there was hardly anything to fault. TV worked fine, shower was nice and warm and Bed were so comfy as well.

Guest services is horrendous, I stayed in Feb 2024, I had an issue with the toilet not working, the room was comfortable however seeing as the hotel was fully booked we were left with no other option but to stay in a room without a working WC, the on site staff were extremely helpful and tried to remedy the issue for us and even expedited our issue to Guest Services stating the full issue and also informed me that we would receive a refund due to the issue. To this date I have not had any resolution or response from Guest services, the hotel staff have tried to assist me in this but they have no power to make a decision, This is has taken almost 2 months now!!

Stayed fir 2 nights. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Food was very good. Excellent service and value for money. Would certainly recommend

Value for money hotel. Rooms, floors etc need updating. The room was clean the bed was comfy. The only downside was the receptionists English was not the best. Very hard to understand what she was saying or offering.

Lovely family room, very spacious, clean, and very extremely comfortable. Great nights sleep it was sooooo quiet. Very pleasant staff member on reception, only snag was the WiFi was down but that's technology for you. Would highly recommend

Booked 2 rooms for a family get together just down the road. The hotel is well placed being not far from the M1 but not too close so that you can hear it. Rooms were nice, basic but clean and absolutely fine for our one night stay. The gentleman on reception was efficient and polite, everything was stress and worry free. We will definitely book again for our next get together! Thank you.
