一進門前台服務極差！！！我訂了一個特惠房198元，前台直接説就住前台門口的房間！！那叫一個亂！！198元給我一個極差的房間！然後我説不行，前台説不行也得行！！還不能退！！我説那個換一個吧，前台不屑的説加錢吧，然後被迫加了30元，花了230元，住了一個極差的房間！！真想罵人！！

近期內蒙有防控政策的時段建議大家不要選擇這種賓館了，我的客户前一天住了一晚上了，第二天去鄰縣辦了點事情，回來的時候卡口問在多倫縣的住所，報了賓館電話，結果惡意無人正面接聽，找平台退訂，平台和老闆協商不成，這就是又要掙錢又要不負責，提醒大家千萬注意！

金玉其外外面的門樓在大街上十分顯眼位置好周圍吃飯方便房間緊湊衞生間侷促門關不嚴水管漏水奇葩的是訂好的房間被賣掉了湊合住了2天契約精神涵待改進前台新來的服務員盡職盡責贊一下

本來預訂的是鑫海公寓酒店，可到後給安排到多藍賓館，説是一家的。入住後，樓下瑪瑙店間斷廣播，不得安寧。衞生間窗户沒紗窗，蚊子蒼蠅自由進出，洗澡的水龍頭四處濺水，屋內就一個插座，電視衹能調出一個台，希望能改進
