Located adjacent to the Drury Lane theater with easy access to main thoroughfares. Clean rooms, nice lobby, friendly service, and there's a restaurant & bar on site. Tho, we always order Chicago-style pizza be delivered to our room - Giordano's deep dish!

After having made and double checked reservations I arrived after a $100 taxi trip from The overpriced airport to be informed by the front desk that they bounced my reservation to some large party and “get wrously covered the price of a new reaervation at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention hotel”. Now I’m stuck canceling my dinner plans with aliens at the latest possible rude notice and waiting to take yet another taxi to some new place NOT of my choosing without knowing how close this is to my client’s offices for all day meetings tomorrow or not. I’m furious. I’m disgusted. I’m put out….sitting here just waiting for another taxi seething at how incredibly stupid and RUDE this is. F the Westin and Marriott

It is not very good, and business travel is recommended. The hotel’s Christmas setting has a snack, and a carriage ride around the hotel, unlike other hotels that have a whole tree. The most comfortable place is that you can easily see large forests and Illinois skylines by the window, beautiful!

Hotel hardware configuration is OK, the environment is good, the room is big. However, a resort fee will be charged. There is another unpleasant one. I forgot a pair of shoes and found it in the room the next day. Originally it was my own care but the hotel did not look for it.

A great breakfast!

We stayed at this hotel for new year eve show next th the hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean staff at the lobby were so nice and welcoming. Check in and out were so smooth and fast. Rooms were clean and in good condition, bathroom was a bit small

Good clean quiet stay

We held our Martin Family Reunion at the Chicago Marriott Naperville on Saturday May 11, 2024. The event could not have been more fun. Thanks to all the staff at the Marriott for making this event a success! Special thanks to Sheila Haralson, our event planner. Sheila helped with all of the planning, room reservations, menu, cash bar and the breakfast buffet! Sheila helped make this a memorable event.
