The hotel has friendly staff, especially in the 5th floor restaurant. The Wi-Fi was strong and the bed was comfortable. An area to improve would be to make sure the curtains are long enough or able to cover the entire window. Aside from a screaming child, the hotel was quite enough that one couldn’t tell it is on a busy road.

El hotel Elizabeth muestra que tuvo mejores tiempos, sus instalaciones emulan a un gran hotel del pasado, pero con oportunidades de mejora. La cama de la habitación MUY CONFORTABLE, por lo que el objetivo de descasar se cumplió al 100%. El hotel es muy cómodo, es económico por lo que la relación precio-servicio está muy bien. Si se requiere una visita express a Durango, es una muy buena opción.

En general el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, se puede llegar en auto, taxi, autobús.

Horrible, no se puede dormir por el ruido insoportable en las instalaciones. Toda la noche prende una bomba o no sé qué sea, pero es un ruido muy fuerte…. Increíble que no hagan algo al respecto

The hotel itself doesn’t look like much from outside but inside it’s clean and well kept, the rooms are also clean and well kept however the bedding needs to be updated and washed more often. Breakfast is great other lunch menu items are OK. service was always very nice. I would stay here again.
