I was unsatisfied with the front desk employee name Alex .I have arrive before my check in .He told me they have a room available but I have to pay extra on the side for the amount of $78.00 I told him I do alot of traving never experience this before . I have already pay in advance.He refuse to let me speak to the manager . Just has us sitting there . We had constantly made call to the front desk request the room to be clean . They forgot to give us towel 3 hours later. The only postive feedback I have to give is the pool and spa area they where very nice . SANDRA GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE her massage 💆♀️ are the best

Los cuartos, la alberca, el lobby y el gym recién renovados están de lujo. Internet de alta velocidad en las que tengo juntas en línea sin ningún problema. Cuentan con una nueva sala de negocios. Amplio estacionamiento. La mejor opción de Durango.

Excelente Hotel para ir en plan de negocios y placer. Te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Felicidades para Alex y Marthita, te atienden de lo mejor para que pases tu estadía con confort. El restaurante tiene el menú muy variado y todo delicioso! Felicidades a Sergio, Liz y Alfredo, quienes te atienden como alguien de la familia! Sigan así!!!

Excelente hotel y más que nada el personal que está atento a todas las solicitudes de los huéspedes mi refrigerador no estaba enfriado del todo bien les comenté e inmediatamente me lo cambiaron por uno que si funcionaba al 100, ampliamente recomendado además de que sus instalaciones son renovadas muy bonitas
