Las instalaciones son hermosas, el personal es muy amable y atento. Esta en el centro de la ciudad, cerca del área turística. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. Las habitaciones estándar son pequeñas, con camas y almohadas cómodas. Tiene alberca (no techada) y jardines muy bonitos

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, la recepción muy buena, el servicio de restaurante muy bien, las habitaciones nos toco una que dos días no sirvió la regadera y no salia agua caliente, hasta el tercer día la arreglaron bien. Debería de darse a conocer un reglamento para que la genta que llega a las habitaciones en la madrugada no llegue haciendo ruido y mucho menos se quede a platicar en los pasillos (eso tendría que ser educación de cada huésped pero en esta vez creo que no la tenían) llegaban dos días a las 3 de la mañana y se quedaban platicando en los pasillos y no dejaban dormir. por lo demás creo que es un buen lugar para hospedarse.

El hotel tiene un excelente servicio y los restaurantes son muy buenos, pero las instalaciones ya necesitan remodelación.
Los cuartos son muy viejos y obscuros.
Tardaba mucho el salir el agua caliente y de día casi no se ve adentro del cuarto.
