The customer service was excellent. Got checked in. The room was clean spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Pool was nasty and had hair in the water the pool room was very outdated and had absolutely no towels either time i went to the pool so i had to use room towels i stayed in room 122 and the shower didnt drain and the shower head is broken and sprayed water everywhere i had to drape a towel to stop the water from going on the floor and there was old hair ties on the floor from a previous traveler but they did have nice breakfast

Off of the main throughfares. Very friendly staff. Two things need attention in room 121: The lever to flush the stool needs to be fixed and the shower curtain needs to be lower about 6 - 8 inches to prevent water going on the floor.

We stayed here traveling through the area. While it appears some updates have been made, there is still a great deal needed. Our room had cobwebs with several spiders; and, the bathroom walls were in desperate need of a cleaning. The overall feeling was stale. Again, it appears they are trying; but, it is going to take some time before I would feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone.

The front desk issued us cards twice for our door that didn't work. They had to finally come open the room for us. There was several that checked in when we did with key card issues. The curtains wouldn't close, they had mildew all over the curtains and bugs. The ac would not shut off due to malfunction. The bathmat in the bathroom on the tub was still wet. We woke to bugs crawling up the curtains. The closet was unfinished.

The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water.
There was a short and faint, buzzing noise that sounded off every few minutes. Sounded like it was coming from a capacitor in a fixture or something in the bathroom or that end of the hotel room.

One of the best hotel stays I've had. Was traveling with 2 small children and originally booked a room too small for my needs. The staff were so kind and helpful in upgrading me and switching us to a better room. The breakfast was better than I expected, they had a good variety of things and we all liked it.
