Hotel Anlage ist gut aber... Personal verspricht die wünsche zu erfüllen, aber wird nicht erfüllt wir hatten 1x Einzel und 1x Doppelzimmer.unsere zimmern wurden bei der ankuft nach dem wir uns bei der Chefin beschwert hatten geputz überal lagen Haare im Bad ,Bett,benutzte Handtücher usw.nach 6 Tagen aufenthalt wurde unsere Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt, Mülleimer sind übergelaufen obwohl wir ausdrücklich daran gebeten hatten.
Und am letzten Tag der aufenthalt hatten die uns versproche da wir frühmrgen um 5.00 Uhr Flughafen fahren müßten Frühstück Box oder Sandwich vorbereiten

This is great location in the country side, outside the busy a**osphere of Gaziantep city. The place has a spa with thermal baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the senior management were trying their best to assist with any need. Food we ate at the restaurant (both near the hotel as well as the one opposite side of the road) were great. Howver, hotel need some maintenance to its rooms, especially bathrooms. Once pointing out the issues, they promptly fixed them. Also, guests need to remember that only when the request, the cleaning staff will come and clean and make up the room.
